Japanese pond inside our winter garden
Pond inside the winter garden is a dream of every KOI carp enthusiast. It offers round-years pleasure and relax mainly during long winter days.
In our gallery below we present you the pictures from pond construction. Pond has dimensions 3x3 metres with 80 centimetre depth – it is low but enough because pond never frosts. Pond has volume 5.520 litres of water. There are more than 1.000 kilograms of stones imported from Japan – Shikoku island on shore. Their dominant feature are japanese lantern and Tsukubai with bamboo spring. For filtration we use 5-chamber filter with vortex. The gravity-fed filter system is hide in the shaft under the pier, which is opened by the remote control thanks to the electric retractable piston. The Seneye Pond constantly takes care of monitoring pond`s water parameters. There is Tatami furniture from Japan for relax in the winter garden.
